Wednesday Workdays
The Wednesday Workdays volunteer opportunities for 2011 have concluded. Once we know the schedule for 2012 we will post the dates - so please check back often.
In the meantime, read below to get an idea of the volunteer projects we did in 2011.
Join us for exciting Restoration Opportunities!
We are very busy here at the PLT offices this Spring. There is so much work to be done and so many great projects to complete. To keep up with all of the tasks we have decided to start our Wednesday Workdays. The workday projects will vary weekly and include a range of efforts and exertions. Most of these workdays will run from 9am-12pm. By volunteering you'll have the opportunity to experience many of our Preserves and see the beautiful landscapes in your community that we are helping protect. You can be a part of projects that will leave a lasting impact on Placer County and help restore the land and it's beauty.
Workdays will begin on May 18. Below I have included a list of the first month of projects we'll be working on. Sign up for as many or as few as you'd like. To sign up please call the office at (530)887-9222.

June 1 - FRENCH BROOM REMOVAL - Canyon View Preserve - Auburn, CA
