3,282 ACRES OF OPEN SPACES, FARMLANDS, TRAILHEADS & WETLANDS

Placer Land Trust has preserved approximately 4,628 acres of land in Placer County. This land is protected from development and harmful land uses through the acquisition of conservation and agricultural easements or fee title ownership by Placer Land Trust or qualified nonprofit organizations and public agencies.

The following properties (grouped by watershed, roughly from north to south) have been protected by Placer Land Trust, working with willing landowners interested in seeing their land preserved in perpetuity.
