Open Spaces, Urban Parks, Historic Sites & River Habitat
Placer Land Trust (PLT) is pleased to work with willing landowners interested in seeing their land preserved in perpetuity. PLT is currently working on several projects large and small, many of which are in the preliminary stages or are confidential. However, we are pleased to share our progress with you on the following important land protection projects that will benefit Placer County.

- Bear River Watershed Protection Program, 3,000+ acres, western Placer County
- Bruin Ranch, 2,300 acres, featured project of the Bear River Watershed Protection Program
- West Placer Habitat Protection Program, 4,000+ acres, western Placer County
- American River Watershed Protection Program, 2,000+ acres, Granite Bay to Cisco Grove
